The Bwl earned a much needed win against their eighbours, Abercynon, who are struggling to find their form this season.
With the scoreline changing hands several times, it was the visitors who had the edge at half time (13 - 16).
Bwl captain Nathan Ellis had scored his sides only try of the half. Ceri Cummins converted and added 2 penalties.
After the interval a second Ellis try, converted by Cummins, put the Bwl ahead. Cummins added a further 3 penalties which secured victory for the Bwl.
