After a string of defeats the Bwl gained a much needed win against Llantwit Fardre.
The visitors, themselves in mid table, have lost their early season form and it was the home side that bagged the league points.
Jonathan Gough and Gareth King were the Bwl try scorers. Ceri Cummins converted both and slotted over a penalty.
